A minimum deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

After arriving at your destination on the starting of your booking date/tour all the pending bill/amount of package/custom package should be cleared to the host(Hansraj Tourism).

Payments can be made via our secure online system or other methods specified by Hansraj Tourism.

Failure to pay within the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.
3. Changes and Modifications:

Hansraj Tourism reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or operational issues.

If a tour is cancelled by us, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

If a tour is cancelled by the Guest, we will offer an alternative date but no refund.
4. Travel Documents and Requirements:

Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid identification adhaar card, passports, visas, and any other required documents.

Hansraj Tourism is not liable for delays or denial of entry caused by missing or invalid documentation.
5. Liability Disclaimer:

Hansraj Tourism acts as an agent between travellers and service providers (hotels, transport, etc.).

We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party actions or events beyond our control.
6. Guest Responsibilities:

Respect for the property: Treat the host’s hotels and transportations with care and respect.

Cleanliness: Follow any housekeeping rules and leave your living space tidy.

Security: Be responsible for your belongings and the security of the property.
7. Meals:

Meals are included with every package or custom package , clarify which meals are provided, and any dietary restrictions or preferences.

Menu of the meals can be changed due to some circumstances.

Kitchen access: Learn if you can use the kitchen facilities and under what conditions.
8. Guest Behavior:

Respect for others: Behave respectfully toward the host and any other guests.

No illegal activities: Abide by local laws and regulations.
9. Duration of Stay:
